Product Description

TensorGrip® TC59 Eco-Solv builds on the proven performance of the long-standing TC49 Infusion / RTM spray adhesive, delivering immediate tack to securely hold reinforcing fibres in place during lay-up.
 
Its fine mist spray pattern ensures excellent fibre control and contributes to a superior surface finish, particularly in carbon fibre applications. TC59 is fully compatible with polyester, styrene, and vinyl ester resins, and has also been successfully tested with epoxy resins at application rates of 9 g/m² or below.
 
The short open time makes TC59 ideal for both demanding applications and smaller, precision lay-ups where speed and accuracy are critical.
 
This next-generation formulation incorporates advanced Eco-Solv™ technology, utilising a lower-hazard, new-generation solvent system that is SVHC-free. It supports improved workplace safety and environmental responsibility while maintaining the trusted performance characteristics.
